FFForma is a creative side project by Pedro Julien — a parallel design practice with an education focus, dedicated to the creative integration between humans and artificial intelligence. The mission: bringing AI into the creative industry for real through hands-on education.

Focused on agencies, studios, teams, and creative spaces — as well as individual creatives, freelancers, and students — to implement generative systems, agent flows, and trained skills into their workflows. Unlocking new creative directions, compressing iteration cycles, and teaching how to use AI creatively through hands-on frameworks. Not theory. Practice.

Five steps. How a brief becomes a delivered project — agents, skills, and craft working together.

01 Decode
Agent Flow

Before a single pixel, a research agent crawls market, competitors, and audience signals — building a structured intelligence brief with positioning gaps and opportunity maps.

A sharp, data-backed brief before the first call. No guessing.

02 Frame
Skill-Based

Direction, scope, and success criteria locked in one call. Custom skills auto-generate timelines, deliverable specs, and review cadences from the brief — zero admin overhead.

The project framework adapts to scope. Not a template — a trained configuration.

03 Explore
Agent Flow

Where AI changes everything. Parallel agents generate 30-50+ creative directions — naming systems, visual concepts, layout variations, type pairings — in hours, not weeks. The best ideas are curated, combined, and pushed forward.

Massive creative exploration. Human taste selects. AI volume enables.

04 Sharpen
Skill-Based

Feedback flows through structured review skills — every comment logged, every revision tracked, every decision documented. No thread-chasing, no lost context.

Trained review loops that learn preferences and accelerate convergence.

05 Ship
Agent Flow

A delivery agent compiles production-ready assets, generates brand guidelines, builds component libraries, and packages everything into a handoff system the team can actually use.

Not a zip file. A living framework ready for the next move.

Every project gets an adapted framework — agents, skills, and models configured to its specific needs. No two processes are identical.

FFForma Learning Process — teaching creative teams to work with AI. Not a generic course — a hands-on program built from the same frameworks used to deliver creative projects. Learn by doing, with real briefs and real tools — boosting the creative process and recognizing practical opportunities to evolve the way you design.

01 Understand
Foundation

Starts by mapping where the team is — tools, process, gaps. Then the fundamentals: how agents work, what skills are, and where GenAI actually fits in a creative workflow.

No assumptions. Starting from where you are.

02 Build
Hands-on

Building the first agent flows and custom skills together — applied to real projects. Learning by configuring, not watching. Every framework tailored to the team's context.

You build it. Guided process.

03 Explore
Creative

This is where it clicks. Using AI for massive creative exploration — generating dozens of directions, curating with taste, and pushing the best ideas forward. Volume meets craft.

AI gives you range. Your eye does the editing.

04 Integrate
Workflow

Embedding what's been learned into the daily workflow — review loops, delivery pipelines, team rituals. AI stops being a side experiment and becomes part of how the team works.

Not a workshop that ends. A new way of working that stays.

05 Evolve
Ongoing

AI moves fast. Teaching teams how to keep up — updating frameworks, testing new models, adapting skills as tools evolve. The goal is autonomy, not dependency.

Learning to fish. With agents.
